設計問題

Excel 作為項目管理工具的不便

Canlife 寵物移民公司正使用 Excel 管理項目及創建表格，但 Excel 不具備專業的項目管理功能，手動輸入數據亦增加資料錯誤風險。另外，職員親自 WhatsApp 提醒客人關鍵日期，過程繁瑣且容易遺漏。因此，公司迫切需要一個更高效的項目管理方案。

企業資源規劃 (ERP) 系統協助管理日常業務

我們設計的 ERP 系統旨在提高效率，減少錯誤，並簡化項目管理流程。系統不僅自動化了報價過程和客戶通知，還提供表格管理、時間軸管理、產品管理、會員管理、職員管理、財務管理等多種功能，以滿足 Canlife 不同的業務需求。

藝術指導與風格

簡介

以色彩和 Icon 引導使用者

按 Canlife 的偏好，我們採用紅、泥黃、啡、灰色作為色調，其中比較顯眼的紅色和泥黃是 CTA 的顏色，以吸引使用者的注意。此外，我們設計了不同 Icon 來簡化界面和加強功能識別，避免過多的文字信息，使界面更易於理解。

設計成品

自動生成的客製化報價單

公司客戶填妥查詢表格，系統收集好目的地和寵物尺寸等資料後，會自動生成初步報價，報價內容和價格都事先於產品管理中設定好。職員聯絡客戶後，可以進一步修正報價單，並為他們創建帳戶。

集中管理文件

寵物移民的申請個案都會按目的地和動物種類分類，方便職員搜尋和管理。職員可以透過系統集中管理個案，向客戶收集及分享所需文件，例如狗牌、疫苗接種紀錄和機票電子副本等。

項目進展一目了然

客戶和職員均能透過時間軸清晰地了解各項目的進展。時間軸詳細顯示了每個步驟的日期以及狀態，系統也會自動 WhatsApp 提醒客戶重要日期和截止期限。

掌握公司財務狀況

透過職員填寫的支出記錄，以及公司向客戶發出的發票和收據，系統能夠呈現每月的支出和收入，準確地計算出月度財務報表。
