設計問題

傳統網店無法支援訂閱客制化的寵物餐單

GOWY 是一家專門為寵物提供鮮食的初創公司，他們希望網店不僅僅是傳統的購物平台，而是能夠體現品牌用心，讓客戶通過簡單的操作，每月自動收到個性化的鮮食餐單。然而，市面上大多數的網店缺乏這種高客製化功能，難以滿足 GOWY 的需求。

解決方案

簡化操作，一鍵訂閱專屬毛孩餐單

我們為 GOWY 設計的網店內設有問卷功能，客人只需回答幾個簡單問題，系統便會自動生成專屬的毛孩餐單。此外，客人只需留下信用卡資料，並按下訂閱按鈕，便能每月自動收到為毛孩量身定制的食物。這樣的設計不僅提高了購物的便利性，還加強了品牌與客戶之間的連結。

藝術指導與風格

簡介

插畫營造親切的品牌形象

網店以手繪插畫作為主視覺，透過寵物擬人化的趣味表現，如下棋、騎電單車等場景，增添親和力。顏色則以 Logo 的橄欖綠，配搭粉紅和米色為主，利用暖色調營造溫馨、柔和的感覺。

設計成品

從主頁開始，打造專屬購買體驗

與一般網店僅陳列產品不同，我們的主頁透過說故事的方式，圖文並茂地介紹公司理念、產品優勢及訂閱方案。每個區塊的設計都引人入勝，同時有明確的行動呼籲，邀請顧客填寫問卷，為他們的毛孩量身打造專屬的寵物餐單。

個性化問卷設計

問卷將配合插畫，根據顧客最初填寫的寵物品種（如貓或狗）及名稱，展示相應的圖片和文字。問題以寵物名字為主語，營造出個性化的體驗。這種互動和趣味大大提升了顧客的參與感，問卷答案也將被保存，供職員進行後續的營銷活動。

流暢的線上購物流程

網店亦具備完整的線上購物功能，包括產品簡介、產品評價、購物車、結帳等，確保顧客能輕鬆瀏覽、選購和完成訂單。

與網頁同步的手機 App

我們還設計了與網頁功能相同的手機 App，顧客可通過手機隨時隨地下單、記錄會員資料、累積積分，讓訂閱寵物餐單的過程更加流暢便捷。
